The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is for teens ages 13-18 who require a higher level of care than weekly outpatient treatment. Teens in the IOP attend 9 hours per week (3 hours each/3 days) and treatment consists of skills group where they are provided with support and learn Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills. Additionally, IOP provides weekly individual therapy and medication management. The average length of treatment is 4-6 weeks.
